Registration Form and Fees

The registration for the conference is now closed. If you still wish to register please contact us directly by e-mail.

In order to register for the conference, fill out and submit the registration form below. You can either paste the form into an e-mail and send it to the conference e-mail address milehigh@math.du.edu, or print out the form and fax it to 303-871-3173. If you wish to change or update the registration data in the future, resubmit the form with the information that has changed.

Deadlines

April 30:	for registration with accommodation on campus
May 31:	for registration without accommodation on campus
June 15:	for submission of abstracts

We appreciate your early registration.

Fees

Registration fee: $50
Registration fee for accompanying persons: $20
Conference banquet: $15
All-day trip: $35
Accommodation:
Nelson Hall $40 per night/single, $29 per night per person/double,
Centennial Towers $27 per night/single, $20 per night per person/double.
Meal plan (optional): $72

It is likely that we will have some financial support for graduate students (waived registration fee, reduced accommodation and meal cost). If you are a graduate student and/or if you would like to be considered for financial support, please let us know in the comments section of the registration form.

Paying for the Conference

After April 30, we are financially responsible for booked dormitory rooms and meal plans. We would therefore appreciate very much if you could pay for your accommodation and meals in advance. This advance payment is voluntary, but perhaps you will also find it convenient, especially if you are coming from abroad. Please do not pay the banquet and all-day trip fees in advance, as we do not know the exact cost yet.

For security purposes, the wire transfer information has been removed from this webpage (we have already experienced an attempt to withdraw money from the conference account). If you wish to pay by wire transfer, please contact the organizers by e-mail and we will e-mail you the instructions. Thank you for your understanding.

If you pay in advance and then cancel your registration by April 30, we will refund you fully (minus the possible charge for money transfer). To help us identity your advance payment, send us a short description of the payment at milehigh@math.du.edu. We will then promptly confirm the received payment by e-mail.

All fees not paid in advance will be collected upon your arrival to the University, during registration. We accept checks and cash, in US dollars.
